Recently, we took on a central control room renovation project for a large chemical industrial park. The customer’s demand was straightforward: no additional system matching, only a console that can withstand 24/7 uninterrupted operation, with strong load-bearing capacity and high durability.
After an on-site inspection, we found that the original ordinary console had slight deformation on the countertop, loose multi-screen brackets, poor cabinet heat dissipation and worn edges after only three years of use. It was completely unable to meet the high-intensity, high-load operation requirements of the chemical central control room. Operators need to monitor the production line through multiple monitors all day long, so the stability of the console is directly related to operation safety, leaving no room for error.
To address this pain point, we customized a console with a thickened cold-rolled steel frame, paired with a high-density fireproof and wear-resistant countertop. The single-seat load-bearing capacity exceeds 80kg, stably supporting multiple monitors, industrial control hosts and other equipment without deformation even under long-term heavy pressure. The cabinet adopts a modular ventilation and heat dissipation design, ensuring no overheating during 24-hour continuous operation. We also added rounded anti-collision edges and electrostatic plastic spraying on the surface for corrosion resistance, perfectly adapting to the slightly humid environment of the chemical industrial park.
From production and delivery to on-site installation and commissioning, we focused solely on hardware the entire time. There was no system bundling or additional software adaptation required, and the console could be put into use immediately after installation. After the project was completed, the customer was highly satisfied: the console runs more stably, is more durable, and is fully compatible with their existing systems as pure hardware, with zero running-in period and zero failures, completely eliminating previous operation and maintenance risks.
