Traffic dispatching centers have extremely high requirements for console layout, comfort and stability. The customer made it clear: they would match their existing dispatching system independently, and we only needed to provide compatible pure hardware consoles, with no system bundling or extra software costs allowed.
After taking over the project, we immediately communicated with the customer about on-site dimensions, seat quantity and equipment placement requirements, focusing all solutions on hardware customization. Considering that operators need to be on duty for long hours, we adopted an ergonomic curved design for the countertop, with a precise height suitable for sitting operation. The multi-screen brackets are adjustable to relieve eye fatigue and sedentary discomfort. The overall modular splicing structure adapts to the spacious layout of the dispatching hall, and the seat spacing can be flexibly adjusted. For later expansion, there is no need to replace the entire console, only additional modules are required.
We paid close attention to every hardware detail: silent slides for cabinet doors to avoid noise interference during dispatching commands, hidden cable management to eliminate messy wiring and keep the control room tidy, and reinforced frame for shock resistance and stability, suitable for long-term high-frequency operation. Throughout the project from scheme confirmation to delivery, we only focused on hardware production and installation, with no involvement in system development or debugging. We fully cooperated with the customer’s existing system, achieving plug-and-play and seamless connection.
