We adopt robotic automatic welding technology, which achieves uniform and full welds through preset precise programs, avoiding problems such as missing welding and incomplete welding that may occur in manual welding. After welding, the frame also needs to go through multiple grinding and slag removal processes to remove surface burrs and welding slag, and then enter the phosphating treatment link——through chemical conversion film technology, a dense phosphating film is formed on the surface of the steel plate, which greatly improves the adhesion and rust resistance of the subsequent coating. Finally, the electrostatic spraying process is used to evenly cover the surface of the frame with environmentally friendly powder coating. After high-temperature curing, the coating hardness reaches grade H, which is not only scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, but also can resist the erosion of harsh environments such as humidity, acid and alkali.
