As one of the key energy fields covered by Jiali Hengxing, the petrochemical industry has a complex production process and harsh working conditions, which have extremely high requirements for the stability, safety and accuracy of central control equipment. In the upgrading project of the DCS central control room of a large domestic petrochemical base, Jiali Hengxing’s professional explosion-proof console was successfully put into use, solving industrial problems such as poor heat dissipation, messy wiring and inconvenient operation of traditional central control equipment, and building a solid line of defense for the safe and stable operation of petrochemical production. In view of the flammable, explosive, high temperature and high humidity operating environment of petrochemical production, the console adopts the independently developed explosion-proof and anti-corrosion materials and sealed design by Jiali Hengxing to eliminate potential safety hazards, and is equipped with a redundant control system to ensure uninterrupted operation in case of equipment failure and avoid major losses caused by production interruption.
